# List sequences for an experiment

`GET /api/v1/experiments/{experiment_id}/sequences`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://devs.adaptyvbio.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns all sequences associated with a specific experiment. Results are sorted
by creation date (newest first) and can be searched by name or amino acid content.
Supports pagination via `limit` and `offset` query parameters.

For sequences from a single experiment without filtering the global
`/sequences` list. Returns `SequenceListItem` records scoped to the
specified experiment.

## Response `200`

Sequences for the experiment

- object: Paginated list response with offset-based navigation metadata. All list endpoints return this shape. Use `offset` and `limit` query parameters to page through results; `total` reports how many items match the query across all pages.
  - `count` integer, required: Number of items in this response.
  - `items` object[], required: The page of results.
    - `aa_preview` string, nullable: Truncated sequence preview (first 50 characters). Deprecated: read `aa_string` instead.
    - `aa_string` string, nullable: Full amino acid sequence. Present only when the caller also holds `sequence:read`.
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When the sequence was created (experiment submission time)
    - `experiment_code` string, required: Human-readable experiment code
    - `experiment_id` string, uuid, required: ID of the experiment containing this sequence
    - `id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the sequence
    - `is_control` boolean, required: Whether this sequence is marked as a control
    - `length` integer, required: Full sequence length in amino acids
    - `name` string, nullable: Optional name assigned to the sequence
  - `offset` integer, required: Offset used for this page (mirrors the `offset` query parameter).
  - `total` integer, required: Total number of items matching the query (across all pages).

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid, unknown, or inaccessible experiment_id
- `401`: Invalid or missing authentication token
- `403`: Insufficient permissions
