`GET /api/v1/datasets`

- CursorListResponseDto
  - `datasets` DatasetSummaryDto[], required: Page of datasets
    - `dataset_id` string, required: Dataset ID
    - `name` string, nullable: Dataset name
    - `status` 'pending' | 'running' | 'awaiting_input' | 'succeeded' | 'failed', required: Dataset status
    - `updated_at` string, date-time, required: Last updated timestamp
    - `created_at` string, date-time, required: Timestamp when the dataset was created
    - `row_count` integer, nullable: Total number of rows
    - `description` string, nullable: Auto-generated description of the dataset contents
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Cursor for the next page. Null when no more results.
