`POST /{username}/tokens`

## Request

  - API key in header `X-AIO-Key`
  - API key in header `X-AIO-Signature`
  - API key in query parameter `X-AIO-Key`

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Not Found
- `500`: Server Error
