# Retrieves details for the specified domain assigned to a launch group.

`GET /launch-groups/{launchGroupId}/domains/{domainName}`

Returns the cached DNS status and metadata for a single domain assigned to the launch group. Requires the `view launch group` permission.

## Response `200`

Launch group domain details

- object: A domain assigned to a launch group. The group's own `fqdn` is the domain with `is_removable: false`.
  - `name` string, required: The fully-qualified domain name.
  - `dns_status` 'pending' | 'dns-updated' | 'dns-not-updated' | 'not-found', required: Cached DNS cutover status as of the last recheck. `pending` when the domain does not resolve yet; `dns-not-updated` when it resolves, but not to the launch group's `fqdn`; `dns-updated` when it resolves to the launch group's `fqdn`; `not-found` when the domain is not registered on the Published site instance. The launch group's own `fqdn` is always `dns-updated`. Updated only by `POST /launch-groups/{launchGroupId}/actions/dns-recheck`.
  - `last_checked_at` string, date-time, nullable, required: Timestamp of the last DNS status check for this domain. Always present; null until the first DNS recheck.
  - `is_removable` boolean, required: Whether the domain can be removed from the launch group. `false` only for the launch group's own `fqdn`; `true` for every customer-assigned domain.
  - `_links` object, required: HAL links for the resource
    - `self` LaunchGroupAPIHalLink, required: HAL link object
      - `href` union, required: The target URI of the link (can be a URI or URI template)
        - string, uri
        - string, uri-template
      - `templated` boolean: Whether the link is a URI template
      - `type` string: Hint about the media type expected when dereferencing the target resource
      - `deprecation` string: A URL to a resource that provides deprecation information
      - `name` string: A secondary key for selecting links
      - `profile` string: A URI that hints about the profile of the target resource
      - `title` string: A human-readable identifier for the link
      - `hreflang` string: The language of the target resource
  - `_embedded` object: Embedded resources (optional)
