This API allows you to create a new department.

  - `name` string, required: Name of the department.
  - `description` string, required: Description of the department.
  - `ring_strategy` 'simultaneous' | 'order_by' | 'random' | 'round_robin' | 'longest_wait', required: Order in which the agents under this department will receive calls.
  - `timeout_dest_type` 'extension' | 'ringgroup' | 'timegroup' | 'hangup' | 'ivr' | 'time_condition' | 'auto_attendant' | 'auto_attend' | 'voicemail' | 'custom_dialplan' | 'dynamic_dialplan' | 'agent' | 'api_dialplan': Destination type where the call lands in case of timeout.
  - `timeout` string[]: Time in seconds for which the call tries to connect for each agent in this department.
  - `destination` string[]: Number of the agent in the department where the call should land. Example: extension||eid, eid: agents's eid eg: 050160000
