[DRAFT] Use this endpoint to remove a single recurrence instance appointment(`Personal` type) from an existing calendar. 
The recurrence instance to delete must belongs to an existing appointment.
The appointment must be recurrent.

## Path parameters

- `calendarId` string, uuid, required
- `appointmentId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- CalendarEventRecurrenceInstanceDelete
  - `recurrenceInstanceDate` string, date-time, required: The Starting DateTime for the recurrence instance to delete in the calendar appointment. An ISO 8601 string of datetime including the time component and ending with 'Z' (so in UTC). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601#Coordinated_Universal_Time_(UTC)
