# Proxy any HTTP request (any method, custom headers/body)

`POST /proxy`

## Request

Forwards a fully-specified request to the target `url` and returns the upstream status, body and content-type with permissive CORS headers. Use this when you need a method other than GET, custom request headers, or a request body.

## Request body

- object
  - `url` string, required: Absolute http(s) URL to request.
  - `method` 'GET' | 'POST' | 'PUT' | 'PATCH' | 'DELETE' | 'HEAD' | 'OPTIONS': HTTP method to use.
  - `headers` object: Request headers to forward to the target.
  - `body` string: Raw request body (for POST/PUT/PATCH).
