# Create Access Request Endpoint

`POST /v1/onboarding/access-requests`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.4chems.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.4chems.com/v1/onboarding/access-requests`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Request access to the tenant that owns the caller's verified email domain.

Idempotent: a repeat POST while a pending request exists returns the same
operation envelope without creating a duplicate row or notification.
A dismissed request allows a fresh re-ask (rate-limited to 3/day, NFR-002).
