What companies file with regulators, tell investors, and what the news reports, next to their 3GPP work.

Sources: FCC ECFS filings (metadata: filer, docket, type, date, link, and which key terms ECFS finds in the
filing), SEC EDGAR 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings (summary and short quotes from the filing), GDELT news metadata
(headline, outlet, date, link), and any press source enabled under Scout's source policy. Each item has
source, published date, link, Scout's own summary, up to two short quotes verified word for word against the
source, and entities linked to the TDoc catalog (organizations, work items, specs, meetings, releases),
plus the countries named and any companies outside the catalog.

Use it for company statements, regulatory filings and market context. It is never evidence of what a 3GPP
specification says or what a meeting agreed: pair it with the TDoc and spec tools. `coverage` lists the
sources searched and when each was last refreshed.

Errors: 400 `invalid_parameter`, 404 `organization_not_found`, 409 `organization_ambiguous` (candidates
returned), 503 `catalog_timeout`.

## Query parameters

- `query` string, nullable: Words to match in the title, filer or summary, e.g. 'interference'.
- `company` string, nullable: Comma-separated companies (names, aliases or org_ids), e.g. 'AST SpaceMobile'.
- `source` string, nullable: Comma-separated sources: fcc_ecfs, sec_edgar, gdelt, and any enabled press source.
- `topic` string, nullable: Comma-separated topics: ntn, 6g, ai_ml, ambient_iot, iot, redcap, xr, energy, positioning, isac, slicing, open_ran, spectrum, uav, interference.
- `since` string, nullable: Published on or after YYYY-MM-DD.
- `until` string, nullable: Published on or before YYYY-MM-DD.
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer
