# Get Followed Topic Updates

`GET /follows/{follow_id}/updates`

Matched updates for one followed topic, newest first: each is a change event (TDoc registered,
decision, position, chair notes, news, filing) with a one-sentence summary, a plain-language `headline` and
`headline_sentence` for notable updates, where it happened, `significance` (0 to 100) and `matched_on`
(which targets matched). Poll with `since` instead of webhooks.

- `since` string, date-time, nullable: Only updates that happened at or after this time.
