# Gets the user details of the specified user. Respects the user's Profile View Status, so private profiles cannot be accessed by other users.

  - `coverPicture` string, nullable: URL pointing to the user's cover picture.

  - `deactivationDateTime` string, date-time, nullable: If present, the datetime that the user started the deactivation process.
  - `viewStatus` 1 | 2 | 3 | 4: The View Access for the user's profile. Sent as an integer: `1` = Public, `2` = Unlisted, `3` = Friends, `4` = Private.
