# User custom field deleted

`POST user.customfield.deleted` (webhook)

Sent to your endpoint when a user custom field is deleted in your platform. Deleting a custom field also removes all its values from users; no separate value-update events are sent for this cascade.

  - `type` 'user.customfield.deleted', required: The type of the event.
  - `timestamp` integer, required: The date and time when the event was triggered in your platform, in the Unix epoch format (number of milliseconds that have elapsed since January 1, 1970).
  - `data` UserCustomFieldDeletedDTO, required
    - `customFieldId` string, ObjectId, required: The unique ID of the custom field.
    - `name` string, required: The name of the custom field.
    - `type` 'string' | 'date', required: The type of the custom field. Options are: - `string`: the field holds a text value. - `date`: the field holds an ISO 8601 date value.
    - `deletedAt` string, date-time, required: The date and time when the user custom field was deleted, in the `YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.sssZ` format (ISO 8601 in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

## Acknowledgement `2XX`

The event is considered as accepted for any 2xx response code.

## Other responses

- `default`: The event is considered as rejected for any other response code. The event emission will be retried later.
