`POST /api/rpc/uploadAssetFromUrl`

## Request

Upload a file of up to 100 MB into 21RISK file storage from a publicly accessible URL and return the internal asset link. For a local file, use createFileUpload instead.

  - `url` string, uri, required: Publicly accessible URL of the file to upload.
  - `fileName` string, required: File name including extension, for example screenshot.png or report.pdf.
