`POST /api/rpc/queryInsuranceCurrencyEffect`

## Request

Measure how much exchange rates moved a period's TIV since the previous period. Returns the values per currency they were entered in (sites, amount in that currency, base-currency value, rate change and currency effect) and the currency effect per site and value key. Amounts are what each value counts toward TIV: as entered, except Business Interruption in a period that takes it as a base value, which is scaled by the site's BI period. The currency effect is the period's values at its own rates minus the same amounts at the previous period's rates.

    - `sites` integer, required: Sites with a value entered in this currency. A site entering two currencies counts in both.
    - `amountInCurrency` number, required: The values in the currency itself, as they count toward TIV: as entered, except Business Interruption in a period that takes it as a base value, scaled by the site's BI period.
    - `value` number, required: The same values in base currency: this currency’s share of TIV.
    - `rateChange` number, nullable, required: How much one unit of the currency is worth in base currency compared with the previous period, as a fraction (0.05 = +5%). Null for the first period.
    - `currencyEffect` number, required: The part of the TIV change since the previous period caused by exchange rates, in base currency.
  - `effects` object[], required: The currency effect per site and value key, in base currency. Values without an effect are left out. Includes the period's other values, which are not part of TIV or of the currency breakdown.
    - `siteId` string, required
    - `key` string, required: The value: a built-in key such as buildings, or the id of one of the period's own value columns (see queryInsurancePeriod's valueColumns).
