`POST /api/feedback`

Submits a feedback report and returns pre-signed S3 PUT URLs for any attachments. Reports with no attachments are committed automatically. Idempotent: repeated calls with the same dedupe_key return 200 with fresh upload URLs for any not-yet-uploaded attachments.

## Request body

- PostApiFeedback: Submits a feedback report and returns pre-signed S3 PUT URLs for any attachments. Reports with no attachments are committed automatically. Idempotent: repeated calls with the same dedupe_key return 200 with fresh upload URLs for any not-yet-uploaded attachments.
  - `app_version` string, required: App version and build string, e.g. "9.9.0 (1234)".
  - `build_audience` 'internal' | 'external', required: Target audience: "internal" or "external".
  - `dedupe_key` string, required: Client-generated UUID used for idempotency.
  - `account_id` string: Account UUID of the submitting user.
  - `android_version` string: Android version string, e.g. "16".
  - `attachments` object[]: Files to attach to the report.
    - `content_type` string, required: MIME type, e.g. "image/jpeg".
    - `filename` string, required: Original filename including extension.
    - `id` string, required: Client-supplied UUID for this attachment.
  - `comment` string: Free-text feedback. May be blank when attachments are present.
  - `debug_metadata` object: Arbitrary key-value debug info.
  - `device_model` string, required: Human-readable device name, e.g. "iPhone 16 Pro".
  - `ios_version` string: iOS version string, e.g. "18.5".
  - `report_type` 'bug' | 'idea', required: Type of report: "bug" or "idea".
  - `reported_by` string: Display name of the submitter.
