  - `url` string, uri, required: HTTPS URL to deliver webhook events to
  - `events` string[], required: Event types to subscribe to
  - `description` string

  - `events` string[], required
  - `secret` string, required: HMAC signing secret for verifying payloads (shown only once)
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required
