`GET /categories`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.100hires.com/v2`
- URL: `https://api.100hires.com/v2/categories`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns global job categories. Use for job classification and consistent taxonomy mapping.

## Response `200`

Categories

- CategoriesResponse
  - `categories` IdName[], required: Array of job categories.
    - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier.
    - `name` string, required: Display name.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `429`: Too many requests
