## Request

Returns pricing/billing capability flags for the current company context. Use before invoking paid-only API behaviors.

## Response `200`

Billing state

- BillingResponse
  - `success` boolean, required: Whether the request succeeded.
  - `is_pricing_enabled` boolean, required: Whether pricing features are enabled.
  - `is_paid` boolean, required: Whether the company has an active paid plan.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `429`: Too many requests
